Privacy Policy for Power Spreadsheets

We (365 Power Labs,  with any of the following construed accordingly: (i) Terms such as “us”, “ours”, “we're”, (ii) Any derivative words of any of the foregoing; (iii) Any synonyms to any of the foregoing; or (iv) Any similar words to any of the foregoing):

  • Understand your privacy is important; and
  • Are committed to respecting your privacy rights and the applicable data protection regulations.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is only applicable to the following (jointly “Power Spreadsheets”):

  • powerspreadsheets.com, including without limitation its blog and comments (the “Site“);
  • academy.powerspreadsheets.com, including without limitations its comments (the “Power Spreadsheets Academy“);
  • The Power Spreadsheets email lists; and

This Policy describes and governs how we receive, gather, collect, read, use, store, maintain, process, transfer, disclose, share, and carry out other similar activities (“Process“) in connection with your data.

Data We Process

When you use Power Spreadsheets, you can browse without providing any personal data about yourself. We will, however, Process some non-personally-identifiable data about you, as described below. In order to participate in certain functionalities, you may be asked to provide personally-identifiable data. Personally-identifiable data is data that can identify you including without limitation the Subscription Data (as defined below).

We generally Process data:

  • When you use Power Spreadsheets;
  • When you use a social media plugin, or interact with any social network or any of our social media accounts;
  • When you subscribe to our email lists;
  • When you submit User-Generated Content (as defined below);
  • When you purchase products or services on:
    • The Site;
    • The Power Spreadsheets Academy; or
    • gumroad.com.
  • When you join the Power Spreadsheets Academy; and
  • When you carry out any other action that results, directly or indirectly, in (i) you providing data or (ii) us Processing data, in accordance with this Policy or applicable regulations.

The data we Process includes without limitation the following:

  • The data your browser or device provides to the applicable server (the “Analytics Data“), including without limitation the following:
    • The type of device you are using.
    • The type and version of the operating system you are using.
    • The type and version of the browser you are using.
    • Other characteristics of your device, operating system, or browser, including without limitation:
      • Screen resolution;
      • Plug-ins;
      • Add-ins; or
      • Other similar software, services, or products you are using.
    • The host name of the accessing service.
    • The website from which you have accessed Power Spreadsheets.
    • The date and time of the server request.
    • The date and time you:
      • Visited Power Spreadsheets;
      • Submitted User-Generated Content (as defined below).
      • Subscribed to Power Spreadsheets, including without limitation when:
        • Subscribing to our email lists or to the Power Spreadsheets Academy; or
        • Purchasing products or services on the Site, the Power Spreadsheets Academy, or gumroad.com.
    • The time spent on Power Spreadsheets, and the time spent in each individual page of Power Spreadsheets.
    • Certain demographic data, including without limitation your:
      • Age range;
      • Gender;
      • Geographic region;
      • General interests; and
      • Other user trends.
    • The individual pages you visit on Power Spreadsheets, including without limitation the pages where you enter or exit Power Spreadsheets.
    • Your personal preferences when visiting Power Spreadsheets.
    • Other demographic and interest-level data and usage data.
    • Other non-personally-identifiable data.
    • Any other similar data that we may Process.
  • The data you provide when subscribing to Power Spreadsheet, including without limitation when subscribing to our email lists or to the Power Spreadsheets Academy, or purchasing products or services, (the “Subscription Data“), including without limitation the following:
    • Your username.
    • Your name.
    • Your email address.
    • Your billing or mailing address.
    • Your telephone number.
    • Your company's name.
    • Your payment data, including without limitation:
      • Credit card number;
      • Expiration date;
      • Address;
      • Verification code; or
      • PayPal account data.
    • Your personal, government or tax identification number, or similar.
    • Certificates, tax declarations, forms, payment documents, or similar.
    • Any other data we or the Third Parties (as defined below) may request from you.
    • Any other data you may voluntarily provide.
  • The data you provide when submitting emails, messages, questions, comments, or other similar data (the “User-Generated Content“), including without limitation in response to lectures, blog posts, emails sent to you, surveys, competitions, contests, market research requests, or similar, including without limitation the following:
    • The User-Generated Content itself.
    • Any other data we or the Third Parties (as defined below) may request from you.
    • Any other data you may voluntarily provide.

We use trusted third parties, including without limitation a variety of employees, independent contractors, agents, business partners, external advisers or consultants, tax advisers, accounting advisers, legal advisers, auditors, collaborators, suppliers, providers, vendors, or other third parties (the “Third Parties“) to help us operate, conduct, improve, control, manage, maintain, and administer (“Operate“) Power Spreadsheets. These Third Parties may Process data, including without limitation the data set forth in this section of the Policy. Please read the rest of this Policy for further information, including without limitation a description of:

  • Some Third Parties;
  • Some of the data Processed by Third Parties;
  • Some of the privacy practices and policies of Third Parties; and
  • The data we may disclose to Third Parties.

You can choose not to provide us with certain data, but that may result in you being unable to use Power Spreadsheets (including without limitation the Power Spreadsheets Academy) or certain features thereof. This may be the case, for example, when you do not provide data that is required for you to:

  • Subscribe to our email lists or to the Power Spreadsheets Academy;
  • Submit User-Generated Content;
  • Purchase products or services; or
  • Initiate a transaction in Power Spreadsheets.

Additional Information Regarding Data Processing When You Use the Site or the Power Spreadsheets Academy, or When You Purchase Products or Services

As with most other websites, Power Spreadsheets automatically collects some data from you and stores it in log files. Log files collect Analytics Data. Usually, Analytics Data cannot be related to a particular individual. We collect and use Analytics Data in accordance with this Policy and applicable regulations.

The Site, the Power Spreadsheets Academy, and gumroad.com may also gather non-personally-identifiable data that may be helpful for the purposes for which we gather data, as set forth in this Policy.

We may automatically Process data using various mechanisms, including without limitation those specified in the “Use of Tracking Technologies” section.

Additional Information Regarding Data Processing When You Subscribe to Our Email Lists or to the Power Spreadsheets Academy, or When You Purchase Products or Services

You are not required to subscribe to our email lists or to the Power Spreadsheets Academy, or provide us with any Subscription Data to use the Site.

If you are not subscribed to the appropriate email list, you may be prevented from engaging in certain activities (including without limitation subscribing to the Power Spreadsheets Academy, or receiving Information and Updates) that are exclusively available to the appropriate email list subscribers.

If you subscribe to our email lists, we may send you emails containing our newsletter, as well as other Information and Updates. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from our email lists, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. Opting out of receipt of promotional emails will only affect future activities from us. If we have already provided your data to a third party before you updated your data, you may have to update your data directly with that third party.

When you join the Power Spreadsheets Academy or purchase products or services through the Site, the Power Spreadsheets Academy, or gumroad.com, you are automatically subscribed to our email lists.

Generally, when you unsubscribe from our email lists, you are automatically unsubscribed from the Power Spreadsheets Academy within a few months from the moment you unsubscribe from our email lists. You are, however, not unsubscribed from the Power Spreadsheets Academy (even if you unsubscribe from our email lists) if you have (at any time) carried out any transactions at the Power Spreadsheets Academy (including without limitation if you are a currently or former paying member of the Power Spreadsheets Academy).

In some cases, it may be necessary to send you emails related to Power Spreadsheets, including without limitation the Power Spreadsheets Academy. This is the case, for example, if you enroll in a Course in the Power Spreadsheets Academy. Generally, you may not opt-out of such emails which are not promotional in nature.

Exclusions

When You Use A Social Media Plugin or Visit a Linked Site

Power Spreadsheets contains links (including without limitation affiliate links) to third party websites, applications, products, services, or similar (the “Linked Sites“), including without limitation social networks. Linked Sites, including without limitation their contents and links, may be constantly changing. The inclusion of a link or similar accessibility feature of Linked Sites in Power Spreadsheets does not imply endorsement from us. When you click on any link to a Linked Site, you may leave Power Spreadsheets.

Linked Sites are controlled by other parties that are not controlled by us. We have no control over any of the following:

  • The data that any Linked Site, including without limitation any social network, may Process.
  • The data Processing practices or policies of any Linked Site, including without limitation any social network.
  • The content that appears on any Linked Site, including without limitation any social network.

Our understanding according to the available information is that Linked Sites, including without limitation social networks, may Process personally-identifiable data from you that is not subject to our control.

This Policy does not apply to any Linked Site, including without limitation any social network, each of which may have data Processing practices and policies that differ materially from this Policy. It is your responsibility to review the privacy policies at any Linked Site, including without limitation any social network, to confirm that you understand and agree with their practices, including without limitation:

  • What data they Process, including without limitation what data they might share with us or other parties; and
  • How they Process your data.

You expressly:

  • Agree that we are not responsible for any of the following:
    • The data that any Linked Site may Process;
    • The Processing practices or policies of any Linked Site; or
    • The content that appears on any Linked Site.
  • Relieve us from any and all responsibility or liability arising from your use of any Linked Site.

Additional Information Regarding Social Media Plugins and Social Networks

Power Spreadsheets uses social media plugins, including without limitation YouTube Embed and YouTube Gallery.

The social media plugins we use in Power Spreadsheets may display buttons for different social networks, including without limitation Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube. When you use the social media plugin and/or visit a page that displays one or more of such buttons, your browser may establish a connection to the respective social network server. At the same time, the relevant social network knows that that particular page in Power Spreadsheets has been visited.

We have no control over the data that any social network or Third Party Processes on the basis of the buttons or the social media plugins. Our understanding according to the available information, however, is that if you do not click on the respective social network button, no personally-identifiable data is Processed unless you are logged on a social network. If you are logged into a social network, certain data (including without limitation Analytics Data, Subscription Data, and User-Generated Content) may be Processed and linked to your account data within the relevant social network. If you wish to prevent this, please log out of your social media accounts before using Power Spreadsheets.

In addition to the above, clicking a button may also lead to the Processing of certain additional data, including without limitation Analytics Data, Subscription Data, and User-Generated Content. The relevant social network may also use additional Tracking Technologies (as defined below).

When You Submit User-Generated Content

Some of the data you provide when submitting User-Generated Content (including without limitation the User-Generated Content itself, your Analytics Data, and your Subscription Data) is publicly available and visible in the Internet (the “Publicly Available Data“). The Publicly Available Data may, among others, be Processed by anyone.

The Publicly Available Data is deemed non-confidential. This Policy is not applicable to any Publicly Available Data. We have no control over, and are not responsible nor liable for, any of the following in connection with any Publicly Available Data:

  • The privacy;
  • The Processing; or
  • The accuracy.

We cannot prevent Publicly Available Data from being used by others in a manner that may violate this Policy or applicable regulations.

You expressly:

  • Agree that we are not responsible for the Processing of the Publicly Available Data.
  • Relieve us from any and all responsibility or liability arising from the Publicly Available Data.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may:

  • Use the User-Generated Content in connection with Power Spreadsheets.
  • Process the Publicly Available Data without limitation or attribution.
  • Save User-Generated Content or Publicly Available Data indefinitely.

The submission of any User-Generated Content is entirely voluntary. You are not required to submit User-Generated Content to use and enjoy Power Spreadsheets.

The Third Parties that help us Operate Power Spreadsheets include, without limitation, the following:

  • Google, Inc., Google LLC, Google Ireland Limited, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, associates, or otherwise related entities (“Google“).
  • EmbedPlus.
  • whitesquare GmbH (“Whitesquare“).
  • WordPress.
  • K Media Tech Ltd. (“WPX“).
  • Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Services LLC, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, associates, or otherwise related entities (“Amazon“).
  • ConvertKit LLC (“ConvertKit“).
  • ActiveCampaign LLC (“ActiveCampaign“).
  • Zapier Inc. (“Zapier“).
  • Teachable Inc. (“Teachable“).
  • Stripe Inc. (“Stripe“).
  • PayPal.
  • Gumroad Inc. (“Gumroad“).
  • Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates, subsidiaries, associates, or otherwise related entities (“Microsoft“).

Third Parties use Tracking Technologies (as defined below) to Process data from you. The following are some examples of (i) the data Processed by Third Parties, and (ii) how the data is Processed.

  • Google uses Tracking Technologies (as defined below) and Processes data to, among others:
    • Recognize when a user visits Power Spreadsheets or other websites.
    • Analyze your use of Power Spreadsheets and other websites.
    • Share, with us and other website operators, data about users.
    • Provide us with additional data and services related to the use of Power Spreadsheets, as well as Internet use.
  • WPX uses Tracking Technologies (as defined below) and Processes data to, among others:
    • Carry out obligations arising from any contacts.
    • Carry out activities related to legal compliance or other lawful purposes, as required or permitted by applicable regulations.
    • Provide you or us with products and services.
    • Notify you or us of any changes with regards to products or services.
    • Improve internal operations, such as:
      • Troubleshooting;
      • Data analysis;
      • Testing; and
      • Research.
    • Improve internal operations through statistical and survey purposes.
    • Improve services related to the Site.
    • Improve the Site and the WPX site to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you, us, your computer(s), and our computer(s).
    • Allow you to participate in interactive features of WPX's services, when you choose to do so.
    • Administer the Site.
    • Diagnose and resolve problems or issues with the Site or the Site's servers.
    • Maintain the safety and security of:

  • Amazon uses Tracking Technologies (as defined below) and Processes data to, among others, personalize advertisements in Power Spreadsheets and other websites.
  • ConvertKit uses Tracking Technologies (as defined below) and Processes data to, among others:
    • Track who opened the emails we send and clicked links to measure campaign performance and improve features.
    • Create reports about campaign performance.
    • Determine what actions email recipients took.
  • ActiveCampaign uses Tracking Technologies (as defined below) and Processes data to, among others:
    • Provide and deliver the products we request.
    • Send us technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
    • Respond to our comments, questions and requests, and provide customer service.
    • Communicate with us about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events, and provide news and information they think will be of interest to us.
    • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection their services.
    • Audit related to a current interaction with you and concurrent transactions, including but not limited to, counting ad impressions of unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance with this specification and other standards.
    • Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and prosecute those responsible for that activity.
    • Debug to identify and repair errors impairing existing intended functionality.
    • Undertake internal research for technical development and demonstration.
    • Undertake activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of a service owned, manufactured for, or controlled by ActiveCampaign.
    • Improve, upgrade, or enhance the service owned, manufactured for, or controlled by ActiveCampaign.

    • Track who opened the emails we send and clicked links to measure campaign performance and improve features.

  • Zapier uses Tracking Technologies (as defined below) and Processes data to, among others, allow us to integrate and create commands for various online Third Party services, including without limitation GMail, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Teachable, ZeroBounce, and Gumroad. Zapier collects relevant data necessary to enable Zapier to access that Third Party service. Therefore, the data within that Third Party service is also Processed by Zapier.
  • Gumroad uses Tracking Technologies (as defined below) and Processes data to, among others, allow us to:
    • Promote, market, or advertise certain electronic goods.
    • Sell, distribute, or provide such electronic goods to you or other third party purchasers.
  • Microsoft uses Tracking Technologies (as defined below) and Processes data to, among others:
    • Allow us to use their products, which includes updating, securing, and troubleshooting.
    • Improve and develop their products.
    • Personalize their products and make recommendations.
    • Advertise and market to you or us.
  • DFL uses Tracking Technologies (as defined below) and Processes data to, among others:
    • Allow us to use their application services, including without limitation their proprietary online customer communication and retention service.
    • Diagnose problems.
    • Administer Power Spreadsheets.
    • Recognize visitors.
    • Tailor contents or advertisements to match your preferred interests.
    • Compile anonymous, aggregated statistics.

    • Personalize the user experience on their site or in connection with their email verification services.
    • Conduct data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring, and prevention.
    • Develop new products and services.
    • Enhance, improve, or modify their products and services.
    • Comply with applicable regulations.
    • Respond to requests from public and government authorities.
    • Enforce their Terms and Conditions.
    • Protect their operations, rights, privacy, safety, or that of their affiliates.
  • wpDiscuz uses Tracking Technologies (as defined below) and Processes data to, among others:
    • Personalize your experience.
    • Improve the Site or wpDiscuz's site.
    • Improve customer service.
    • Administer a contest, promotion, survey, support assistance, or other features of the Site or wpDiscuz's site.
    • Process transactions.
    • Send periodic emails.

Third Parties are not controlled by us. We have no control over, and are not responsible nor liable for, any of the following:

  • The data that any Third Party may Process.
  • The data Processing practices or policies of any Third Party.

Additional Information Regarding Our Use of Google

We use Google Analytics, Google AdSense, GMail, G Suite, and YouTube.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics’ “_anonymizeIp()” function in the Site. Where applicable, your IP address will usually be shortened within members states of the European Union or in other states of the European Economic Area before transmission. It is only in exceptional circumstances that your IP address is transmitted to the U.S.A. and shortened there.

We have also enabled Google Analytics’ “_anonymizeIp()” function in the Power Spreadsheets Academy. We use Teachable to manage the Power Spreadsheets Academy. We have no control over whether Teachable enables or not Google Analytics’ “_anonymizeIp()” function.

Should you disagree with the analysis of your use of the Site, you can deactivate Google Analytics and thus declare your objection to the Processing of the respective data. To do this, please download and install the browser add-on that Google provides for this purpose. You can learn more about opting out and installing the appropriate add-on here. The add-on tells the Google Analytics JavaScript not to send data to Google Analytics. This provides you the ability to prevent your data from being Processed by Google Analytics.

Google AdSense

There may also be third-party vendors and ad networks serving ads on Power Spreadsheets. The Tracking Technologies (as defined below) of other third-party vendors or ad networks may also be used to serve ads on Power Spreadsheets. Please refer to Google's List of Vendors that are certified for third-party ads. You may visit the websites of those vendors to opt out of the use of cookies for interest-based advertising.

YouTube

The YouTube API loads automatically on pages within the Site containing an embedded YouTube video.

Additional Information Regarding Our Use of Stripe and PayPal

Payments for purchases made in, or through, the Power Spreadsheets Academy are processed through the Teachable payment gateway. Teachable currently processes payments via Stripe or PayPal.

Payments for purchases made through gumroad.com are processed through one of the following:

  • The Gumroad payment gateway; or
  • PayPal.

Use of Tracking Technologies

We use cookies (including without limitation the DoubleClick cookie), pixels, tags, web beacons, HTML5 local storage, or other tracking technologies (the “Tracking Technologies“) to store data. Google and its partners use the DoubleClick cookie to serve ads based on your visits to Power Spreadsheets and/or other websites on the Internet.

  • A cookie is a small piece of information (a text file) sent from websites you visit (including without limitation the Site, the Power Spreadsheets Academy, and gumroad.com) to your device (and stored in it) for record-keeping purposes and to help identify your device quickly.
  • A pixel is a tiny graphic with a unique identifier that is used to track the online movements of web users. Unlike cookies, which are stored on a device's hard drive, pixels are small graphics that are about the size of the period at the end of the sentence that are embedded invisible on web pages or in HTML-based emails.
  • Web beacons are usually small graphic images that typically work in conjunction with cookies to identify users of Power Spreadsheets, user behavior, and allow for the evaluation of data. Web beacons allow a website to access cookies and help track marketing campaigns and general usage patterns of visitors to those websites. Web beacons can recognize certain types of data, such as cookie numbers, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page where the web beacons are placed.

We use Tracking Technologies for the purposes set forth in this Policy.

We use services that may use Tracking Technologies on Power Spreadsheets and, among others, track what other websites you visit (both before and after visiting Power Spreadsheets). Promotions, advertisements, or links (including without limitation affiliate links) may contain Tracking Technologies. Some Tracking Technologies, including without limitation cookies, may remain on your device until you delete them. Other Tracking Technologies, like session ID cookies, expire when you close your browser.

We do not have access or control over, and are not responsible nor liable for, the Tracking Technologies used by Third Parties on Power Spreadsheets.

You may set your browser settings or use independent programs available online for purposes of attempting to reject Tracking Technologies. If you attempt to disable any of these functions, you may still use Power Spreadsheets. However, certain features of Power Spreadsheets may not be available or may not work as originally intended if your browser rejects Tracking Technologies. Therefore, your experience at Power Spreadsheets may be negatively affected.

You may opt out of the DoubleClick cookie for interest-based advertising by visiting Ad Settings.

“Do Not Track” Settings

Currently, there is no industry standard for recognizing “Do Not Track” browser signals. Because your usage of Power Spreadsheets is tracked as described in this Policy, your selection of the “Do Not Track” option provided by your browser may not have any effect on the collection of certain data.

The only way to completely opt out of the collection of data through the Tracking Technologies we use is to actively manage the settings on your browser to delete and disable these Tracking Technologies. However, getting a “Do Not Track” signal to work as you might want is difficult. For example, in the case of browsers:

  • Not all Tracking Technologies can be controlled by browsers.
  • Unique aspects of your browser may be recognizable even if you disable a Tracking Technology.
  • Not all settings will necessarily last or be effective.
  • Even if a setting is effective for one purpose, data may still be Processed for another.
  • Even if one website observes a “Do Not Track” signal, that website may not be able to control other websites or third parties and, therefore, those websites or third parties may not observe the “Do Not Track” signal.

We Process the data for the purposes:

  • Described to you at the time of data Processing.

  • Displaying Information and Updates, including without limitation marketing or advertising content, according to your preferences.
  • Personalizing Power Spreadsheets and the user experience, including without limitation Information and Updates, for you.
  • Managing the user experience.
  • Carrying out surveys, competitions, contests, market research requests, or similar activities.
  • Sending periodic emails, including without limitation the following:
    • Communicating with you regarding your use of Power Spreadsheets.

Data Retention

We will retain your data indefinitely, or as long as legally required or allowed.

We may delete, remove, or dispose (“Delete“) of any data in our discretion without notice, subject to this Policy and applicable regulations. We do not undertake any retention obligations through this Policy.

Deletion of data from Power Spreadsheets does not ensure complete or comprehensive Deletion of that data from the applicable servers, systems, or facilities.

Security

Keeping your data secure is of great concern to us. We exercise care in facilitating the transmission of data between your device and the third-party servers, systems, or facilities that operate and store data for Power Spreadsheets.

We have implemented security measures on Power Spreadsheets which we consider reasonable for purposes of preventing the unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, sharing, misuse, alteration, or similar of any data that we Process. If you create an account on Power Spreadsheets, you are responsible for protecting the security of your account, its contents, and all activities that occur under the account or in connection with Power Spreadsheets. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security by emailing us at the email specified in this Policy.

Due to the complexity and open nature of the Internet, no transmission of data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure or error free. There is always a risk that data Processed by us or Power Spreadsheets may be compromised or accessed notwithstanding the steps we take to secure your data. In particular, User-Generated Content may not be secure. Accordingly:

  • We cannot fully guarantee the security of any data you transfer over the Internet.
  • You should take special care in deciding what data you share with us via User-Generated Content or otherwise.
  • You expressly:

International Use

The servers, systems, and facilities where your data may be Processed are located in a variety of countries. While the applicable data privacy regulations of these countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country, we take steps that we consider reasonable for purposes of protecting your privacy.

Your personal data may be transferred outside of your country to a variety of countries. Such transfer is necessary for the use and Operation of Power Spreadsheets and the performance of any contract between you and us.

By using Power Spreadsheets, you understand and consent to the Processing of your data in the applicable servers, systems, or facilities, including without limitation those of the Third Parties and other third parties with whom we share data pursuant to this Policy.

Children's Privacy

Power Spreadsheets is not for, or directed towards, children.

Power Spreadsheets is in compliance with the requirements of the Children´s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). Power Spreadsheets, its contents, products, and services are all directed to people who are older than 18 years old.

We do not intend to, and will not knowingly, Process data from children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 are prohibited from using Power Spreadsheets.

If we learn that we have Processed data from a child under the age of 13, we will Delete that data immediately (subject to applicable regulations and this Policy).

If you believe data from a child under the age of 13 has been provided to Power Spreadsheets, please notify us at the email specified in this Policy.

Your Consent

By using Power Spreadsheets, you are consenting to:

  • The Processing of your data.
